Session 2 - Chapter 3-5 ()

Roger Forster, November 7, 2007
Part of the Jeremiah series, preached at a Right Through the Bible service

Roger covers chapters three to five of Jeremiah in this session. He divides chapters three to six into two sections: the first section from Isaiah 3:1-4:4 he describes as God’s yearning anger for repentance and relationship. In it a faithful and rejected God calls out to an unfaithful Israel to turn from their wicked ways with the assurance that he will accept them and restore them to their rightful place. The second section from 4:5-6:30 deals with God’s anger and inevitable judgment if Israel does not heed the warning. (60 mins)
