We are excited to announce the theme for The Ichthus Link Leader’s Conference – ‘Watchmen, Wolves and Wisdom’. We deeply treasure the spiritual agreements and friendships we have with link churches and leaders across the UK, and as our Link Church family steadily grows we need you there!
“I will stand on my guard post, and station myself on the rampart;
And I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me, and how I may reply when I am reproved”. (Hab 2:1)
How can we grow as prophetic watchmen and watchwomen in these days together? Let’s be a people who continue to stand together in prayer (Eph 4:16), with vision (Ezekiel 33:7) and with HIS heart for the people we lead.
The watcher sees what God reveals, and also sees the flock of sheep around them, so ‘…be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood’ (Acts 20:28). With eyes wide open, let’s use our conference together to be renewed in genuine pastoral ministry that is full of church wisdom (Eph 3:10) and victory over the wolves of the enemy (Acts 20:29).
As God leads us forward in the advance of his kingdom, let’s shake off all discouragements of this world and come into the flow of love from the Great Shepherd Himself (Eze 34:11).
We return to the Horsley Estate Hotel, a quiet and peaceful setting which makes it feel like a real retreat from the busy-ness of leadership. There is even a pool and beautiful grounds to enjoy.
The usual busy timetable of in-depth bible teaching, prayer, discussions, fellowship and ministry of the Holy Spirit makes this a great conference, and not to be missed!

Accommodation
Please note that the DeVere Horsley Estate Hotel has no twin rooms – all rooms contain double beds.
Located in East Horsley, Surrey, De Vere Horsley Estate effortlessly combines a magnificent 19th century mansion with a state-of-the-art management centre. Walk around the beautiful grounds, wonder around Horsley Towers, enjoy a swim in the pool, burn energy in the gym, play tennis, or simply spend time with one another in the many seating areas over a free cup of coffee. This hotel is an ideal setting for our Link Leader’s Conference and we received good feedback from last year’s event.

All rooms have a standard-sized double bed (4ft 6) and are all en suite shower rooms. They have superfast Wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a flat screen multi channel television. These rooms are situated close to the main meeting and dining areas and can be booked as a single or double occupancy. Please stipulate if you require a ground floor room when booking in.

Conference fees include attending all sessions, accommodation, Friday evening buffet dinner, Saturday buffet breakfast, Saturday buffet lunch, and unlimited tea and coffee.
For all rooms check in time is from 3pm and check out time is 11am. Bags can be stored by the Ichthus check in desk until room check-in opens on the Friday, or if you have driven to the venue you can leave your bags in your car.
Please note, the hotel requires 14 days notice to guarantee a room, so please book in by 9am on Friday 9th January to ensure you get accommodation.
All payments for the conference must be made by Friday 9th January 2026.
