Radical Leadership Weekends are held on a Friday to a Saturday, with the aim to encourage and equip church leaders, or those in training for point positions. Roger & Faith Forster share from their wealth of experience in applying radical theology to church life and leadership, give spiritual insights into pastoral conundrums, and make opportunity for personal reflection and discussing strategies for church growth. Worship, prayer and prophecy flows through the time as the Holy Spirit recharges your spiritual batteries.

The weekend is open to Link Church leaders or members of their leadership team who are being specifically mentored and prepared for overall leadership at some point in the future, together with leaders of Ichthus congregations and Ichthus Leadership Mentees.

The sessions take place from a Friday evening to Saturday afternoon at Ichthus House and the Prayer House in Forest Hill, South East London, usually twice or three times a year.
