Jonah tried to flee in the belly of a ship, was thrown into the belly of the sea and was saved in the belly of a fish. Jonah's prophecy against Nineveh predated Nahum, and the people repented. Jonah is the only prophet Jesus compares himself to, and we see how the gospels reveal Jonah as a sign (prophet), a parallel (people repent) and a type of Jesus (death and resurrection). (42 mins)
