Bible Text: | Roger Forster
Series: Daniel
Here Roger looks at Daniel 4-7. In chapter four we see how Nebuchadnezzar represents the power of an empire builder and how he contrasts with Jesus. Daniel interprets Nebuchadnezzar’s dream and in chapter five interprets the writing on the wall for King Belshazzar, who represents the power of indulgence and immorality. Chapter six looks at Daniel in the lion’s den, and chapter seven is one of Jesus’ favourite Old Testament passages he uses to describe himself – son of man. (94 mins)
