In this session Roger takes us through chapters six and seven of Jeremiah, continuing on from the previous session, chapter six deals with the inevitable judgment facing the Israelites. He describes this and the following passages in Jeremiah as an overview expression of emotion and the feelings of God when confronted with sin and simply terms it God’s heartbreak. The next section beginning from 7:1 to 8:3 is called the temple sermon and contains an interesting bit of exposition regarding the den of robbers. (60 mins)
